How to Read the Floor Plan
Start with the carpet area, not only the super built-up figure. Check room dimensions, furniture walls, door swings, passage width and the usable depth of balconies. A corner-home layout may improve cross-ventilation and daylight, but its benefit depends on actual orientation and neighbouring structures.
Look at privacy between the entrance, living room and bedrooms. In larger homes, inspect the relationship between kitchen, utility and staff areas. For work-from-home use, confirm whether the study receives natural light and whether it can function without blocking circulation.
